Today, we finished the second part of our pro-bono Women's Self-Defense workshop. Our participants learned about awareness, distance and practiced simple and effective strikes, kicks, and escapes. It was amazing to see so many of them change from being apprehensive to exuding confidence, with a big smile on their faces!
